Fuel gallons on reserve

I have an 1999 E250 van it had a 33 gallon
tank , how many gallons are on reserve?

There is no "reserve". When your truck is down to the E on the gauge, fill it up and see how many gallons it takes. Subtract that from 33 and you know how much gas is left in the tank.
