Low mileage when charged

My 2013 Ford C-Max energi gets only
12 miles when I charge it . I bought it
used what can I do about this and is
the battery still covered under a
warranty

Hey I have the same problem just got a new charge cord cause we bought it used and the cord was recalled. Just charged it and it only says 12 miles on full charge.

Turn off climate control. That is the most likely culprit. That includes electric seats (turn them all off and try it for a week with windows open) Sometimes when its really cold cracking the window a little will keep it from fogging up.
