Transmission is slipping wont catch gear

Asked by GuruX3J3W Nov 27, 2018 at 03:25 AM about the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The transmission oil has never been changed in my
2013 dodge grand caravan now the tranny wont
catch gear. Could changing oil and filter possibly
fix problem or could it be a sensor cause a week
prior to it going out it started making a clicking
noise under dash on drivers side. Please advise
