Car will not start

New Battery, full tank of fuel. When I try to start the
car, it turns over fine but will not start. Need help

Since your battery turns the engine, look into the fuel supply. It may have a full tank but if your fuel pump is not pressurizing the injectors, the car will not start. Also check your fuel filter to make sure it is not clogged.
