Why is there no audi symbol on rear of my A4?

Recently purchased 2013 A4 privately . There is no "A4" symbol on rear of car. Just
curious why.

Assuming that there usually is one, I would guess that at some point the car was in an accident and the repair shop didn't replace the emblem. doesn't mean your deal was bad, but something similar happened to me. If the car is otherwise good, the shop did a good job.
