When I put gas in my gas tank, my car gives me trouble
starting and when it does start, it rides rough. Anybody
know the problem?

The hard start after fueling could be a leaking evaporative system control solenoid, usually these set a code, so you might want to have those pulled, most parts stores can do this. As far as the riding rough after fueling, the only thing I can think of would be your shocks, as your adding more weight with the fuel it would require more damping effect, you might check to see of any of them are leaking, if they are then it is time for new shocks anyway.
