Flash drive error message

I use a flash drive in my 2013 Sonata i get a message "an error has occurred". What can I check to see why this has happen? I can listen to it on my laptop and the flash drive will not work on my tablet.

It might be limited to certain size, like only upto 16gb. What size flash drive r u using

Songs are loaded separately so there should not cause an issue. there since there were no folders.
