i have a 2013 honda accord amd the battery died but my dashboard lights are still on, what does this mean and how can i fix it? Help please

What are you saying or asking? Do your dash lights come on when you try to start the car by turning the ignition with the dead battery or did you replace the battery and now your dash lights are staying on?
