Back door wont close

Backdoor dont want to close ..no
damage..at all. Whats wrong with
door?

It could also be that the latch catch closed and will not shut until you pop the handle and pull something through the pin catch/lever to open it back up like a screw driver. This guy has a similar issue. In most cases you do not need to open it all up like he did, just pull on the usual handle then pop that latch to the open position. gl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcQKI3sPIt8
