I was told I have leaves in vents to air conditioner blocking air ! How can I access the dash???

Two different dealerships  have told me I have leaves blocking the air
conditioning vent and they can't get to them.  Can this be true ???  Can you
access the vent under the dash????

You can, but the dashboard must be removed in the area where the clogged vents are located. If it is true that all vents are clogged, then the full dash needs the be removed.
