creaking noise from the hard top

I have just brought 2012 bmw 320d m sport convertible which make various creaking noise when driving with the top up. Not sure if it is from the passenger side panel or if it is the roof. I was told by the dealer it might be the roof because it does flex is this common or the norm for cars like this?

I have a BMW 650i soft top and I have found some of the BMW forum sites helpful for getting information about my car. I have used bimmerfest and have been happy with that group. http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=114
