Hi i have a 1998 ford f150 4.6l. I have no spark. Or gas. I chage the crankshaft sensor And i can shaft sensor it till dont have spark and gas.

Guru8XBFK, thermal expansion and contraction can cause the cooling system to make some noises after turning car off, in fact most cars the fans will run for 30 seconds or so after turning a car off to help cooling system shed heat. The tapping noise and dripping however is a sign your cooling system is not doing well, it should be looked at right away, especially the water pump. Consider this an early warning sign it needs attention, you don't want to let it get worse or it can leave you stranded with an overheated engine.
