Today, I ran over a curb in a parking lot. Observed the damage to be near
the back right tire of the car. Took a couple pictures, one is of the damaged
side, and the other the non-damaged side. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Doesn't look like it is hurting anything, if you want it fixed take it to a body shop.

You could sand that area, prime, wet sand again, then paint a color match or one that's close as possible or even bed line it.
