Owners manual page 275 -- 1) turn ignition switch to on position(do not start engine)-- 2) fully depress accelerator pedal slowly three times within 10 seconds -- 3) turn ignition switch to off position --- note if message illuminates when you start the engine the system did not reset. Repeat the process.

Make sure key is turned to the "run" position. I tried a couple of times with it in the "ACC " position and nothing changed. When I tried in the "RUN" position it worked.

I tried this before in the past and it worked. I just tried it and was not successful. I disconnected the battery for a few seconds and started the engine. The light did not come on the next time I started it. Hopefully that did it. Now I gotta fix my radio stations again.

Worked perfectly in the “run” position first time after failing to do so in the “ACC” position a few times. Thanks for the great information in the comments!

I have a 2016, 1500 eco diesel. To reset the oil change indicator I simply go to the oil life screen on the dashboard, then simply push and hold the right arrow on the steering wheel for about 5 sec and it will complete the reset. There is also a small message on the oil life screen telling you to do that for the reset. Same procedure as you do in order to reset your A & B trip millage.
