What is the function of the “crouse” button on the
steering wheel? There are also two buttons “set+”
and “set-”. What are these used for?

That is the crUIse control button.To turn cruise control on and off. The "+" and "-" buttons are to adjust your speed higher and lower. Look in your owners manual,or web search for proper instructions on how to use them properly
