I locked my keys in my 2012 charger. The
battery to the key fob is dead. Is there any
hope for me

If you have the key fob in your possession (outside the vehicle), cheapest way out would be to acquire a new battery for it and unlock it that way.

If you have a lockout kit, not in the car, you should be able to ping the lock.
