Key not dectected

I have a 2012 Chrysler 300 my key decteced signal comes
on the dash and I change the battery on the key pad and
the car still doesn't come on the battery I charge and the
car still did not come as well as the lights and everything
works I don't know what to do.

Just because the car detected a key, doesn't mean it's the right key. When you push a button the car doesn't respond because it lost the code for your fob. Have a mechanic or dealer reprogram so the car and the fob can talk to each other. OR if you're somewhat handy, the owners manual (available on line, google your car) will show you how: it's really easy.
