I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu, power steering service esc. Any ideas?

I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu, when I start it the power steering is gone, the
dash say, power steering service esc.  Any ideas? This is my only car and i am
a single woman, i know nothing of cars.

Not sure of the problem I'm taking mine to the shop today for the same issue

Gm has a special warranty for the power steering system that covers the pump and torque sensor. It is up to 150000 miles. You have to take it yo a GM dealer. Gm also pays for the diagnostic. I just had mine fixed today for free
