Car won't stop after being driving on a long commute.

Asked by Jan 29, 2019 at 03:38 PM about the 2012 GMC Terrain

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Any suggestions on this issue. I have a 2012 GMC terrain w/76500 miles. I
have noticed the last 2 weeks that the car will start fine in the morning and in
the afternoon but after a long commute, if I stop and turn off the car, it
appears that the battery is dead and i have to wiggle the sensor component
and battery around to get it going after a few attempts. Any suggestions on
what might be causing this? I tested the battery and it was good.

If wiggling any electrical item causes it to function, you have a loose connection. find it and fix it.
