Well I could use a bit more specifics on this one...do you hear the starter attempt to engage (such as a "click," when you turn the key to the crank position)? Could be a bad starter. Another likely suspect is the infamous "Main Relay," which commonly goes bad, and at first... intermittently, and will allow cranking (starter works) but no start as the fuel pump is not being energized. Now, when you take the key and turn it to the "on," position you should hear the main relay actuate the fuel pump, and then click off having primed the system (at which point the "Check Engine," light should go out). If the check engine (service engine) light stays illuminated, the main relay is probably bad. (P.S. The Main Relay is especially prone to failure when it gets really warm,( i.e. summer). Lastly, if the relay is good and the starter is good, you need to consider that the ignition switch is responsible for sending a signal to the starter, without which, a perfectly good starter will attempt to do nothing in the crank position. (Try fiddling with the ignition switch as you attempt to crank the car...the switch has soldered connections on its backside, and they can begin to fail contact with age and wear.) Wow...lots of possibilities here...Good Luck!

@LUNASHINE85 It makes grinding sound like its trying to come on but it doesn't turnover, the engine light isn't staying on either. My car is push button start how do I fiddle with the ignition switch? I need all ides please. Do you think it's the battery??

How many miles are on the Acura Nochola? It sound like it very possibly could be a timing belt broke on it..
