Either the battery is old and weak, or the alternator is not working/charging the battery. Have your charging system checked. You can do this yourself with a voltmeter. Probe the battery with the van off, it should read around 12.4V. with the van running, it should read 14V if the alternator is properly charging. Also inspect the battery cables for frays, cuts and corrosion. If you have corrosion on the battery terminals clean those up.
