Time for a new battery. Sounds like you have a shorted cell in it.

*Make sure you wear gloves and protective eye wear and clothing, battery acid burns*. Check the connection on your cables. You can clean the post and connections to make sure the build up is not blocking the charge. You can check the water level and make sure they are full with distilled water to the proper water mark. Then let it sit over night(for maybe 8 or 10 hours) with the caps loose, then check the cells again, fill any cell that needs water again and put the caps back on, try charging it with the caps secure or jumping it after installing it back into the car. This an "old school" cheat that sometimes helps the damaged cells recover. If it can't run for 5 minutes on it's own you probably need a new battery. *Make sure you wear gloves and protective eye wear and clothing, battery acid burns*.
