2011 Chrysler Town & Country doors won't stay locked and windows roll down by themselves. The vehicle will not stay locked. What is going on?

There has been no damage to the vehicle. I thought it was perhaps a battery problem with the key fob but putting new battery in the fob did not correct the problem.
