Is there a way to reset my computer/electronic throttle control on my 2011 DODGE Journey SE

I replaced my battery, When I started up the vehicle the ETC light was on, and
now I have no acceleration when I step on the gas peddle it just idles.

Remove nev battery cable and pos. Wait for at least 10 minutes. Plug back pos terminal first. DON'T PUT IGNITION KEY ON while doing the procedure. Then insert key and turn to ON (no engine starting), press accelerator for 10 seconds and see if the light goes off. Chrysler was having some issues with this matter for a while. Many times, people will have to bring their car to the dealer to flash the PCM. Often times, that's when people changes their batteries with key on the ignition. I never understood why but....

My vehicle has a push start ignition, will the process work the same with a push start ignition?
