I have an 83 Ford LTD Crown Victoria. The fuel pump stays running when the key is on. Is this normal? The car will not start. I have heard that I shouldn't change the transmission fluid if its brown ? my fluid is a clear red brown in color and doesn't smell burnt.So I am kind of stuck on what to do with this situation ?
