Maual transmission issue

I have a 2011 dodge caliber..... When the car is OFF it goes into gear smoothly... As soon as the car is turned on it will not go into gear AT ALL, like the gears are locked and the clutch depresses all the way to the floor... Help

I would check the hydraulic clutch fluid level and bleed the line , slave cylinder/throw out bearing maybe shot I think you're looking at a new clutch etc.
