Not enough VIN #s

My car is a 1980 Mercedes 450 SL.  I have the title in front of me and have verified the VIN on the car, but it keeps telling me that it is not correct.  I took it to a dealer a while back and he had the same issue when he was trying to look up the value.  I guess 1980 and before, the VIN had less #'s.  How can I add the VIN to my listing?

you can't, not on this site ! try going to the bottom of this page and click on "CONTACT US" and send them a message , good luck !
