I'd check for proper operation of your EGR valve, perhaps investigate it's operation to see if it's getting a signal to actuate, then disassemble and clean the thing to make sure it's operating normally, then put it back. This thing diverts exhaust on deceleration, and supposed to disengage allowing the air-fuel mix to get thru for normal operation....if it is not behaving itself, you'll get exhaust on acceleration, which is bad~
