I have an infiniti g35 coupe and when I break light it I hear a Cranky noise can anyone help me please

Just a guess but I think you are hearing the tell-tale that alerts you that your brake pads are due for replacement.

I replace the break pads is just when I break I hear the noise I can even feel it it shake a little to
