Mercedes C180 Limp Mode

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi All, I have a Mercedes C180-W204, 1800cc, 2011 model. It has done about 60,000 Kilometres now. It started going on to limp mode (doesn't shift from 1st gear). Engine check bulb amber. Whenever I shifted from P to D there was a large jerk as well. Also sometimes the reverse doesn't work. It works if I switch off and switch on again.I sent it to dealer, who removed the transmission system cleaned and set it up again. It started working perfectly. After about a month later the same issue came up. Only jerk is not as hard as earlier. Could someone please be kind enough to shed some light?
