Why do my passenger low beam keep going out

I changed my light about 6 times now and i also changed
out the pig tails they work for a min then back to the
drawing board  i gotten 4 tickets behind this and it ain't coo

Are you saying the bulb filament is burning out? Don't touch bulbs with bare hand, use a dry clean pair of gloves. Sometimes when using bare hands, it will create a hot spot on the bulb and it will burn out sooner than it should. I don't know what testing you've done? note the diagram. Check voltage and ground circuits, when problem is ongoing. I realize intermittent issues can be a pain to track.

Does it have Daytime Running Lights? Headlights on during the day? If so,pull relay #48 from the fuse box to kill DRL system... headlights will still work normally from the switch.The daytime running light system drops the voltage to the bulbs,which makes amperage jump sky high,causing bulbs and connectors to overheat and melt.

Mine kept doing this. Figured out it was loose connection so I zip tied the connector to make it tighter. No problems so far. Maybe worth a try.
