Unhook the negative battery cable from the battery and touch it to the red cable and hold it there for a moment and then plug it back up

Touching your red and black cables together without the battery attached will do no harm i assure you... what it will do is discharge the modules faster instead of having to sit and wait up to 45 mins without having a scanner to manually clear codes

You may have battery programming issues.

I disconnected the battery for 10 min put it back in now I can't get it to start. Auto Zone checked the battery its fine. Charged it and won't turn over at all. Checked all the fuse no luck with starting now

Did you clean and tighten the battery cable ends?

Check your fuseable links
