I really need to know where this smoke is coming from.......

I want to purchase this BMW 750li from this lady however it has a burst of smoke from the rear at take off and acceleration. what could this problem be and is it an easy fix

Run away don't walk. Engine problem. Rings, pistons. What color is the smoke blue or black? Like I said run
