Won't start no clicking after charged battery

I had a problem starting my 98 740i a few times so I decided to charge the battery overnight. In the morning the car would not start at all nor would it click. I replaced teh battery and checked all fuses. Someone said it may be the immobilization system locking out the car. Any ideas?

Maaan just now had the same problem change my batteries now the car is not starting at all
