Are you sure it is Oil? If so, the oil drain plug could be loose, a gasket or hose failed. You'll have to get the car in the air and remove the belly pan to inspect. If your going to drive it to a shop make sure the oil is full before driving.

It could be anything- anything that is made to keep the oil IN- gaskets, seals, caps- if you are trying to avoid the inevitable expense, try to see where it is coming from- if you get lucky, it might just be a loose cap or loose oil filter- are you feeling lucky?

It's an oil leak! Find it and get it fixed. Yes, it IS that simple.

Hello, these cars are known for leaking from the oil filter housing gasket, the valve cover gasket and the oil pan gasket. I would begin checking with the oil filter housing gasket and work my way down to the oil pan because the oil from the valve cover gasket part oil filter housing gasket can leak down to the oil pan and make it look as if it's leaking when it may not be. The BMWs are notorious for leaking at those three locations. Hope this helps.
