Help!  Can I use this blackberry with the car?

You'd have to check with your BMW dealer or read through you owners manual. BMW did have an integrated cell phone system but I am not sure if your vehicle is equipped with it or your blackberry is compatible with it.

you have to check you vin with the dealer to see if your car was ordered with the handsfree option first, as far as it working with your blackberry no clue

Check out bimmernav.com, they have a bluetooth/handsfree retrofit kit (BMW parts) that works GREAT. Not cheap tho. It was worth it to me, because it adds voice control over the navigation system too. It displays SMS messages on the screen as well (but unfortunately, my iPhone does not support this feature).
