I have a dead battery

2011 328.  I have a dead battery and my car is locked.  able to open drivers side door
onlywith the key.  Cant find the battery and cant get the trunk open

Put key in trunk and turn it all the way to the left. This should manually unlock your trunk. Or pop hood open connect jumper cables to positive post on engine and the negative to the frame and then pop the trunk. Your battery is on passenger side of trunk behind carpet panel. Hope this helps

most cars have were the back seat folds down and you can reach in the trunk and pull the emergency relese i know this post is old may help someone else tho.

I have a BMW 3s 2008 with a flb key and the battery is totally flat. How do I open the boot or the bonnet? Please help pete
