I tried to change transmission fluid on 2011 Honda pilot and when drain plug was opened, some other thick white old came out. Does anybody know what it is and how to put that oil back before I drive?

Thick white old what? To refill a transmission you need a special long funnel that you can buy at any auto parts store to put fluid in through the dip stick tube. Don't over fill what ever you do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1g9O2PVC1U
