dealer replaced steering gear, now my wipers and heat and ac area nothing works. All was working before steering gear was replaced. No blown fuses, dealer said inside fuse block needs replacement.

Did the dealer take off the battery cable, if he did sometimes the ECM will need to be reprogrammed
