Tried to start twice. Nothing. Third time it starts!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This morning I started my car and I was startled by
this loud a obnoxious noise. I started it a second
time... Same noise. Then it started on the third time.
If I could describe the noise thru text I would.

This has happened at maybe seven other random
times in the past five months.

Does anyone have an idea of what it might be??

Sounds like you may need to have your starter replaced,
