AC 2001 Hyundai ELANTRA

Bought ac can at Walmart.  Tried adding to
lower pressure valve thing.  Can gage read
full.  But ac still not working.  Blowing fine and
belts or moving.  Inside fuse fine.  What else
to check why AC not cold?  Thanks
