Can i take the 3.8 liter out 03 town and county and put 2010
charger

Theoretically yes. It will be very difficult though. The town and country had its motor mounted transversely and the Charger has it motor mounted longitude lying. The motor mounts will probably have to be modified and that’s just to start.
