What can cause interior lights to turn on and off intermittently

This can be several locations. Roller dimming switch that turns interior lights on or one of the door or hatch switches being defective or loose. Some of these vans also have a timed relay that slowly turn lights out after you exit. Any of these can make the lights flicker on and off. (If you can't find the problem, turn the roller switch to OFF so you can drive without the distraction)
