Shutter?

My 2010 Impreza has the check engine light
and traction light on solid with the cruise light
flashing. When idling the car will shutter
every ten seconds. I disconnected the
battery and it’s not throwing codes now, but
I’m worried about the shutter. Any ideas?

I had this with a 2008 Impreza wagon (lights, but no shudder), and my oil was low. Have it right now with a 2009 Forester (lights and shudder on start up) and it's being towed to a mechanic.
