2010 Jeep Liberty door locks

Asked by Jack Feb 10, 2017 at 04:15 PM about the 2010 Jeep Liberty

Question type: General

I just got a 2010 Jeep Liberty and I have a remote
door lock but it only locks/unlocks the drivers door
and I know it's suppose to unlock/lock all the doors
so I have to go through the car to unlock the doors
and it is a pain. I don't know how to fix it. Any
suggestions?

Read your owners manual. Something tells me this is a security feature. I think you have to push the unlock button twice to unlock all doors.

You can set that with the panel system on the ceiling. Go through and you will have the option of opening all doors or just driver’s door.

My 2010 Jeep liberty is doing exactly the same thing. Only the driver door will lock or unlock. The other three doors will not unlock. My fuses are all fine. No issue there.

I have the same problem with my 2010 Liberty. Still trying to figure it out. Probably my last Jeep Liberty, (it’s really a Dodge Nitro) junk.
