A line to the back may be cracked and leaking or the pump itself might be bad, I would recommend taking it to a local shop or dealer to have it looked at to be sure what the problem actually is.

It has been into the garage and he says its not blocked doesn't know if its the switch or valve hes not prepared to spend time on it looking for the problem, that is why I'm asking for help.

Does the front washer work? They are both run by the same pump but if the front doesn't work either then it is likely the pump is bad. Here's an article on how to replace the pump: http://www.shareyourrepair.com/2015/11/replace-windshield-washer- pump-on-1999-2005-hyundai-accent.html

I have the same!!! The line to the back is OK (i controlled it by exchanging the lines on the pump)... The pump is also OK (I exchanged the pump for a ne one)... When I draw the washing handle the Voltage on the pomp pin 1 and pin 3 is -10,83V and it washes the front window.. When I Push the washer button however , I see 11,66 V between pin 2 an pin 3... AND also 10,95 V between pin 1 and pin 3 and the pump does nothing?
