car has trouble starting after its been shut off for a minute

I have a hyundai tiburon 2003 gt if the car has been running you can shut it off and start
it back up as many times as you want but if you shut it off and let it sit for like half hour
it won't start till fourth crank n then it sputters n barely starts but after that it runs great
no misfire or anything...what is wrong? I just got this car I thought fuel filter or
something
