Question type: General

Can you tell me if you can tow, behind and RV, a 3003 Tiburon(standard Transmission)?

I see no reason why it can't be. Tow cars with all 4's on the ground (opposed to using a trailer) is the most popular way of transporting a car with an RV. Usually you run into problems with transmission on automatic cars but there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to pull a standard transmission car.
