Every time I stop to get gas, it takes me 15 mins bc
the gas pump clicks off. It's like something is
blocking the flow of gas and shutting it off.
Sometimes when the pump clicks off gas spits out

The car has a vapor canister that is located under the car near the gas tank, That tank can get clooged and not allow you to fill the tank properly. You can also have a clogged or kinked hose.
