Gear shifter

Asked by Aug 16, 2017 at 11:50 AM about the 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My son spilled coke down the gear shifter.  The
gears go from N syrayght to 1 skipping D.
You can put the car in N while driving then back to
D and the shift light will go to 2. Once you slow
down the light goes back to 1.  No D at all.    HELP!
